Scott is a a Certified Public Accountant and Audit Senior Manager at Cherry Bekaert with more than 13 years of experience, Scott primarily provides audit services to not-for-profit and government clients. A member of both Cherry Bekaert’s Education/Nonprofit industry group and Government Services group, Scott has significant experience in audits of educational organizations, governmental entities, and single audits performed in accordance with OMB Circular A-133.
Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, he served approximately seven years with a national firm in Charlotte, NC, and nearly three years with a local firm in Miami, Florida.
Scott is a frequent speaker and instructor at industry conferences and has served as Cherry Bekaert’s internal instructor of government audit and accounting continuing professional education since joining the Firm in 2010.
