Firm Background
WithumSmith+Brown, PC has approximately 500 staff, with more than 350 professionals and almost 250 CPAs. They have clients across a myriad of industries and their focus has been in the banking, legal and financial services fields. New recruits to the firm accrue over 4 weeks of paid time off their 1st year alone if you add up the vacation, Firm holidays, and firm floating holidays. They also have a variety of other benefits including technology reimbursement, CPA reimbursement (see below), 401k's, healthcare coverage, and a bonus program.
